01How is Microsoft 365 management priced?
Setup is a fixed-price project and ongoing management is priced per user, both quoted in writing. Your Microsoft subscription itself is paid to Microsoft at their published rates, and we never mark it up. Right-sizing licenses often offsets part of the management cost.
02We already use Microsoft 365. Why would we need you?
Because a working tenant is not the same as a well-configured one. We routinely find missing multi-factor authentication, wrong license tiers, and wide-open sharing in tenants that seem fine. A one-time review will show you exactly where yours stands.
03Should we choose Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
Both are capable, and the right answer depends on what your team already knows and what software your business relies on. Heavy Excel and Outlook use tends to favor Microsoft; a Gmail-native team may fit Google better. We support the decision honestly and can set up either.
04Can you move our old email into Microsoft 365?
