Before SIGIL there were years of enterprise infrastructure work: virtualization, endpoint security, backup and recovery, patch management, and the systems a Northwest Indiana railroad depends on every day. That is the IT and security side of the company, and it is the part most small-business tech vendors never had.
The marketing side came from clients. A shop would ask for a website, then ask who was going to post for them, then ask why their quotes landed in spam. Those turned out to be one problem with one answer, so we built the company around answering it. Social media and digital marketing is now the service we get booked for most.
SIGIL is a small team, on purpose. When you call, you reach someone who has been inside your setup, not a queue. We take on the number of clients we can do that for.

Every job starts with a written scope and a written number. If something changes, you hear it before it costs you.

Your domain is registered to you. Your site lives in an account you control. Your social pages are yours. We've seen what happens to owners who didn't have that, and we won't be that company.

Measure, or say you didn't
Monthly reports carry the numbers we could actually read and name the ones we couldn't. A blank is a blank, never a zero and never a guess.

Fix the thing between the vendors
The website that's pretty but spoofable. The ads pointed at a page that doesn't load on a phone. The domain the old agency still holds. That gap is where most small businesses get hurt, and it's where we're most useful.
